Warning
: always unplug any electrical appliance before attempting any service.
- The umbrella fabric should be cleaned regularly to maintain the life of the fabric. Failure to properly maintain the umbrella fabric may result in reducing the longevity and quality of the fabric.
- The fabric may be cleaned without being removed from the frame.
- First, brush off any loose dirt or dust. Then, hose down the fabric with cold water. If necessary, use all a 100% natural soap to clean the fabric. Only use a soft sponge when washing the fabric. DO NOT USE DETERGENTS.
- Rinse thoroughly with cold water to remove the soap.
- Open the umbrella fully to allow the fabric to dry thoroughly, to prevent mode and mildew. NEVER store the umbrella away wet.
FRAMES
Warning : always unplug any electrical appliance before attempting any service.
- The umbrella frame may be rinsed off with a hose.
- If soap is needed, use a mild soap with a soft sponge.
- Rinse the umbrella thoroughly.
- Open the umbrella to allow the frame to dry. Wipe off any excess water around the switch or sockets.
- Make sure the umbrella and surrounding area is dry prior to plugging in and turning on the power.
- Any auto polish may be used on the frame to help protect the frame from the elements.
